server issue? Empty server issue?

okay i tried server about 20mins ago probs longer if your reading this a few hours :L but i keep getting same thing when i try log
"connection timed out pleas try using a different server" is it down or is it just me?

Very sorry about this. We had a power outage at about 3.00 AM eastern standard time. My computer PSU got messed up so I had to use a blow dryer to fix it (weird, I know, but it works :]). Server is back online. If we had a vps the server wouldn't go down when I lose connection myself.
